I am seeking expert advice on a perplexing Windows Security error. Despite exhaustive troubleshooting efforts and verifying my system’s compliance with the necessary hardware requirements, I am unable to access critical security features such as Virus & Threat Protection, Data Encryption, and Core Isolation after a Windows reset. My system specifications include Windows 11 Home 23H2 build 22631, high-end SSDs, an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D processor, and a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 GPU, among others.

Initially, I encountered hardware failures, including Live Kernel Events and BSODs, which I attempted to resolve through various methods such as SFC, DISM, driver updates, and even registry manipulation. Ultimately, I performed a Windows reset as a last resort.

Post-reset, Windows Security indicates that my system does not meet the minimum hardware security requirements, which is contradictory to the enabled settings verified against Windows’ official requirements. I have also ensured that SVM, Secure Boot, and TPM options are enabled in the AMD UEFI.
