What causes the slow file transfer from Android to PC using Quick Share?

I have been experiencing extremely low transfer speeds from my Android device to my PC using Quick Share, even though the opposite direction is quite fast. I have ruled out Wifi or Bluetooth issues as the cause. For instance, sending a 150kb jpeg file takes more than a minute, and a 4 MB file takes more than 10 minutes. Sometimes the transfer fails altogether.

I have reported this issue to the Nearby Share GitHub repo, but I have not received any response or solution. I could not find any official Samsung repo for Quick Share. Is there any way to contact Samsung or Google about this problem, or any workaround to fix it?
